About lucky spa
lucky spa is a massage spa at 1511 E Michigan Ave in Jackson, Michigan. A 5-star review from 4 months ago calls it the best massage of the reviewer's life. Three lower ratings concern staff treatment and a phone number that reviewers say reached someone else. The Google rating is 2 from 5 reviews. It is listed as open daily, 9 AM to 12 AM.
What lucky spa offers
lucky spa is listed as a massage spa, with massage and spa as additional categories. The review excerpts name massage as the service and do not describe other treatments.
The one detailed positive review comes from a customer who says the session put their mind and body at ease. That reviewer plans to return when their body is worn out from work, which suggests the spa draws people coming after physically demanding weeks.
What customers say about lucky spa
The Google rating is 2 from 5 reviews, so the sample is small and sharply divided. One review from 4 months ago gives 5 stars, calls the visit the best massage of the reviewer's life, and says they had never been taken care of like that before.
The other reviews are critical. One review from 11 months ago gives 1 star and says employees need training in how to deal with customers, describing the way customers are treated as very bad. Another, from a year ago, also gives 1 star and objects to changed phone numbers. A 2-star review from 2 years ago says the number published online for lucky spa now belongs to the reviewer, who keeps receiving calls from people wanting massages and asks for the number to be taken down.
